Development of the in-processing detection system of tool failure based on video DSP

提出了一种基于视频DSP的刀具故障动态检测方法 ,阐述了利用红外视场特征数据统计方法进行边界识别的动态检测原理 ,用ISP器件与单片机实现DSP ,构成快速有效、经济实用。

In this paper, a new detection method of tool failure on the basis of video DSP is presented. The principles of the infrared video statistics methods to identify borders are analyzed. ISP device and the SCM are used to compose a cheap and useful DSP system which can be expanded.
