摘要
本文报道了全盘自动化高效液相色谱仪基本软件的设计原理和方法。发展的软件实现了色谱仪的控制和反馈的所有功能。实验表明,该软件不仅能可靠地完成色谱仪硬件的控制,光二极管列阵快速扫描检测器的数据采集和处理,而且具备仪器自我诊断能力、色谱方法的设计、色谱的定性和定量等功能。
A fundamental software on IBM PC/XT for a fully automated high-perfor mance liquid chromatographic system has been developed. The software which includes the control of high pressure gradient device and autosampler, control and data acquisition of fast scanning photodiode array detector can been used for closed-loop control and feedback of whole system. It showed experimentally that the systems not only have the capabilities of chromatographic quantitation and peak identification, but also carry out the ones of self-diagnosis and methods development.
