摘要
在乙二胺-氯化钾底液中,Mn(Ⅱ)催化空气中的氧氧化核固红,其氧化产物在E_p=-0.53V处有一还原波。在适宜条件下,其峰高与锰浓度在2.0×10^(-8)~1.0×10^(-5)mol/L范围内有线性关系。测定了水样中的锰并探讨了反应机理。
In a buffer solution of 0.15mol/L ethyldiamine-KCl at pH 11.4, Mn(en)_3^(2+) is the catalyst of the oxidation of nuclear fast red to the oxidized product by oxygen in the air. A reduced wave of the oxidized product has been obtained by single-sweep polarography. The peak height is directly proportional to CM_n in the range of 2.0×10^(-8)~1.0×10^(-5) mol/L, The proposed method has been applied to the determination of trace manganese in water sample. The mechanism of the catalytic reaction has been discussed.
