摘要
对利用CCD作传感器进行原子光谱分析及图像处理的方法进行了理论和实验研究 ;导出了原子光谱高频噪声判据 ,背景噪声、压缩系数关系判据 ;
The atomic spectra processed by the CCD and computer were studied theoretically and experimentally.The criterions of high frequency noise,background noise and reduce coefficient were presented.The wavelengths of Balmer lines and Rydberg constant were measured accurately by means of the image processing.
