摘要
研究醋酸盐,烷基磺酸盐等缓冲剂、离子对试剂的性质、浓度及pH值对氨基酸-铜配合物的形成和紫外吸收光谱的影响。醋酸缓冲液中,氨基酸-铜配离子及其己基磺酸配离子对的形成,使无或弱紫外吸收氨基酸在230~254nm区显示摩尔吸收值10~3以上强紫外吸收。
The influence of properties and concentration of acetate and alkylsulfonate as buffer and ion-pair agents as well as pH value on the complex formation of amino acidcopper and their UV absorption spectra have been studied, Amino acids without UV absorption show stronger UV absorption with molar absorptivity above 10~3 at 230~254nm due to producing the complex ions of amino acid-copper and their ion pairs with hexylsulfonate.
