摘要
采用Fe2 + 诱发卵黄多不饱和脂肪酸氧化 ,紫外线和H2 O2 、Fe2 + 诱导细胞膜脂质过氧化模型 .评价银杏叶提取物 (EGb)和柘木提取物 (ECt)的清除自由基作用 .结果表明 ,EGb、ECt具有良好的清除自由基作用 ,其活性随浓度增大而增强 .
Three peroxidation models,which of yolk polyunsaturated fatty acid induced by Fe 2+ ,and of erythrocyte membrane lipid induced by ultraviolet irradiation and Fe 2+ as well as H 2O 2,were established for studying the effect of EGb and ECt on free radical scavenging.The result indicated that EGb and ECt had strong free radical scavenging activity which increased with increasing of their concentration.
