摘要
酒精厂排出的废气CO2 含量高、纯度大 .据此研究了CO2 与石灰乳在湍球吸收塔内进行不连续碳化反应和连续碳化反应 ;探讨了CO2 的通气量、石灰乳浓度和流量、湍球的大小和填充量、塔的直径和塔板数对工艺的影响 ,获得了工业化生产的有关指标和数据 .
The reaction of continuous and noncontinous carbonation between carbon dioxide and lime cream in torrential ball absorption tower was studied in the light of the characteic of the exhaust gas from alcohol factory that the carbon dioxide is high in content and low in impurity. Discussion in the study was The influence of the air flow quantity of carbon dioxide,the concentration and flow quantity of lime cream,the size of torrential ball,the filling volume,the diameter of tower, and the number of tower trays on technology.The results obtained from the study were the index and data relevant to Industrial production.
