Wnt3a在肌源性干细胞分化为神经元样细胞中的作用

摘要 肌源性干细胞(MDSCs)是从骨骼肌分离出的多能干细胞,在特定诱导条伺下可分化为多种细胞,本实验旨在观癫MDSCs在被诱导分化为神经元样细胞雕过程中Wnt3a和Wnt5a的表达差异,拐讨两者在这一过程中所发挥的作用。
