本文分析了当前高校师德的现状及部分教师师德滑坡的原因,提出了提升高校师德水平的对策:加强教师职业道德建设、增强高校教师使命感;制订制度规范,明确师德内容;诚信治学,共创良好学风;完善机制,加强保障监督等。

Currently, there has been a decline in college teachers＇ professional ethics, seriously affecting the students moral values, to which we must pay close attention. Therefore, we must strengthen the building of teachers＇ professional ethics and enhance their sense of responsibility, formulate rules and norms to define the contents of teachers＇ professional ethics, create an honest and fair atmosphere of scholarship and study, thus improving the mechanism of safeguards and supervision.
