结合信阳市独特的饮食文化以及芽苗菜的特点、生产技术等,分析了信阳发展芽苗菜生产的途径。
There was particular food culture in Xinyang city. The characteristic and production technology of sprouting vegetables were introduced. The development approach of sprouting vegetables in Xinyang was analyzed.
