摘要
从人际交往对大学生的影响入手,分析了大学生人际交往能力缺失的成因,提出了"辅导员—任课教师—专业教师—校企合作"四位一体的《人际关系学》教学模式。
The paper, starting with the effect of interpersonal contact, analyzes the reason of students lacking this ability, then raises the teaching mood of quaternity in Interpersonal Relationship, namely, ＂counselor - - courseteacher - - professional teacher ^- - college - enterprise cooperation＂.
