摘要
利用电磁场考察磁场强度和磁化时间对水煤浆性能的影响结果表明,在 135 T和 220 T磁感应强度下,磁化煤和水,可明显改善水煤浆的流动性;磁场适当短时间作用于淮南洗精煤和北宿煤,会使水煤浆析水率降低,稳定性得到改善在 220 T磁感应强度下,磁化时间对北宿煤不同浓度的水煤浆性能影响较大,在低浓度下,短时间磁化煤和水比空白样所制得的煤浆粘度小、析水率低。
The features of coal water mixture were studied for Huaninan washing coal and Beisu coal in the existence of electrical magnetic field. After magnetized in electrical magnetical field, the features of coal water mixture varied at some degree. Compared with the blank coal water mixture sample. The ratio of water separating for both magnetized coals is decreased and the steady state of coal water mixture becomes better.
