摘要
原子吸收分光光度法是国内外环境分析中最常见的方法之一 ,本文介绍了原子吸收分光光度法在环境分析中的应用 ,对美国EPA、日本JIS和我国现行的标准方法系列和统一方法进行了比较。还报道了GFAAS测定的样品消解中 ,可能由于用水及酸类引起的沾污问题。同时对国外GFAAS法直接测定固体环境试样进行了报道 ,环境形态分析是AAS法的主要应用领域 ,且该技术在国内外发展很快 ,以As、Pb、Sn的形态分析为重点 ,介绍了GC AAS、HPLC AAS、IC AES在形态分析中的应用。同时 ,对于使用不同的固体样品处理方法 ,使用AAS测定重金属也进行了介绍。本文引用至 1999年国内外文献 44篇。氢化物发生—AAS法及间接AAS法测定无机阴离子 ,在国内外发展较快 。
AAS is one of the most familiar method in environmental analyses in and out of our country, in this article, the application of AAS is introduced, the current standard and unitive methods in China are compared with EPA and JIS methods. The stain problem resulted from the use of water and acid in the process of clearing up in GF AAS determination is reported. At the same time, direct determination to solid sample with GFAAS, the application of GC AAS, HPLC AAS, IC AAS in form analyse are introduced with arsenis, lead and stannum form analyzing too. Environment form analyse is the main field of AAS, the technique is developing quickly. To different treatment of solid sample, heavy metal analyse with AAS is also intruduced. Hydride generation and indirectly AAS method which is used to determination inorganic anion is developed quickly,as is introduced in this article. Forty four documents in country and abroad up to 1999 are quoted in this article.
