摘要
利用SRAP技术对来源于中国不同地区的11份红花品种材料亲缘关系进行了分析.选用了25对具有多态性条带的引物组合,获得了308条清晰的条带,其中109条具有多态性,多态性位点百分率为35%.遗传相似系数变幅在0.82 ~ 0.934 2之间,平均相似系数为0.87,表明红花种内不同品种间存在一定的遗传多样性.聚类结果分析表明,在相似系数GS=0.891 4处,可以将11份红花材料分为四类.
11 Carthamus tinctorius L.varieties were used to study their genetic diversity and relationship using SRAP.With 25 SRAP primers,308 bands were amplified,among them 109 bands (35%) were polymorphism.The genetic similarity coefficients ranged from 0.82 to 0.934 2 with an average of 0.87,indicating the existence of genetic diversity among these 11 varieties which were divided into four groups by cluster analysis at the similarity coefficient of 0.891 4.
