煤矿立井提升容器导向装置简析与改进

Concise analysis and improving proposition of directional device of hoisted tanker of mine shaft

以沈阳煤炭设计院、兖州煤炭设计院设计的立井提升容器的导向装置作为研究材料 ,采用定量及对比的方法对调研观测数据进行分析 ,找到了目前国产导向装置滚轮罐耳、刚性罐耳存在的问题 ,并针对延长提长容器使用寿命这一根本问题提出改进意见。

This research is based on directional device designed by Shenyang coal designing institution and yanzhou coal designing institution. We handle data from investigation and observation with quantitative and comparative analysis, discover questions existing in present Chinese built hoop directing device and rigid hoop directing device and present improving opinion aiming at the foundational problem of prolonging service life of hoisted tanker.
