硬式内镜集中消毒供应中心处置后存在的问题与控制分析

Problems in centralized disposal of rigid endoscopes in central sterile supply department and countermeasures

目的分析福州市三级甲等医院硬式内镜集中消毒供应中心(CSSD)处置后存在的主要问题,探讨硬式内镜器械集中供应的改进对策,以更好地落实卫生部硬式内镜管理规范。方法采用方便抽样法对福州市6所三甲医院241名手术室和CSSD护士进行集中消毒供应中心处置后存在问题的问卷调查。结果 75.2%的手术室护士和68.2%的消毒供应中心护士为初级职称;手术室护士中,63.1%为大专学历,23.5%为本科学历;消毒供应中心护士中,74.1%为专科学历,只有1.2%为本科学历;硬式内镜器械集中消毒供应中心后,在工作时间、专科知识和沟通协调方面较之前有所改善。结论硬式内镜集中消毒供应中心处置后,医院应针对出现的问题,及时调整消毒供应中心人员结构,加强专科业务培训,增加消毒供应中心与手术室及其他科室的合作与交流,减少硬式内镜手术器械交接、分类、清洗、消毒、灭菌、保养、包装、运送及存储等方面的纰漏。

OBJECTIVE To analyze the major problems existing in the centralized disposal of rigid endoscopes in central sterile supply department （CSSD） of a three A hospital and put forward countemeasures to improve the centralized supply of rigid endoscopes so as to implement the standards of management of rigid endoscopes by the Ministry of Health more effectively. METHODS By means of the convenience sampling method, totally 241 operating room and CSSD nurses from 6 three A hospitals in Fuzhou were investigated with questionnaires for the existing problems after the centralized disposal. RESULTS Totally 75.2 % of the operating room nurses and 68.2 of the CSSD nurses had the primary titles; 63. 1% of the operating room nurses got the junior college degree, 23.5% got the bachelor degree; 74.1% of the CDDD nurses got the junior college degree, and only 1.2% got the bachelor degree. The work time, special knowledge, and communication have been improved after the centralized disposal of rigid endoscopes. CONCLUSION After the centralized disposal of rigid endoscopes in CSSD, it is necessary for the hospital to adjust the personnel structure in response to the existing problems, strengthen the training of special knowledge, intensify the communication and interchange between the CSSD, operating room and other departments so as to reduce the defects in delivery, classification, cleaning, disinfection, .sterilization, maintenance, packaging, transportation, or storage.
