摘要
目的探讨氧疗用品在消毒供应中心(CSSD)集中清洗消毒和各科室自行清洗消毒效果的差异性,旨在提高氧疗用品清洗消毒的效果,降低医院感染的发生。方法选取2011年1-12月医院氧疗用品样本204份作为观察组,由医院CSSD进行集中清洗消毒处理;同一时间段内,选取205份氧疗用品样本作为对照组,由样本所在各科室自行进行清洗消毒;消毒前后分别对各组样本进行病原菌培养,并对病原菌检出率和消毒合格率进行统计分析。结果进行清洗消毒后,两组样本的致病菌检出率比清洗消毒前明显下降;观察组样本的致病菌检出率0.98%明显低于对照组样本11.70%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组样本间的合格率比较,观察组样本98.04%明显高于对照组样本86.82%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 CSSD集中清洗消毒和各科室自行清洗消毒虽然均有较好的消毒效果,但CSSD集中进行清洗消毒其效果更好。
OBJECTIVE To study the effects of the centralized and self-cleaning and disinfection of the Oxygen therapy supplies so as to improve the cleaning and disinfection effect and reduce the incidence of nosocomial infections. METHODS A total of 204 oxygen therapy supplies that were used in the hospital from Jan to Dec Z011 were included in the study, then centralized cleaning and disinfection for the oxygen therapy supplies was performed in the CSSD; meanwhile, 205 oxygen therapy supplies were sampled as the control group and treated on their own in the departments; then the samples were cultured for pathogenic bacteria before and-after the disinfection, and the detection rate of pathogens and the qualified rate of disinfection were statistically analyzed. RESULTS After the cleaning and disinfection, the detection rate of pathogens was significantly decreased, the detection rate of pathogens of the observation group was 0. 98%, significantly lower than ll. 70% of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05); the qualified rate of disinfection of the ohservation group was 98. 04%, significantly higher than 86. 82% of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P〈0. 05). CONCLUSION Although both the centralized cleaning and disinfection in CSSD and the self-cleaning and disinfection can achieve good disinfection effect , the single centralized cleaning and disinfection in CSSD can achieve,better effect.
