Effect of Radiation on Activity of Peroxidase and Catalase of Guar in Different Growth Stages

通过对不同剂量辐射的瓜尔豆植株在不同生育期过氧化物酶和过氧化氢酶活性变化的测定分析 ,研究了瓜尔豆辐射剂量与POD和CAT活性间的关系 ,及不同剂量辐射瓜尔豆后POD、CAT活性变化规律 。

The changes of activity of perozidase and catalase in different growth stages of guar by different doses radiation has been measured and analyzed.The relationships between activity of peroxides and catalase and radiation doses were studied.The result shows the change pattern of activity of POD and CAT of guar after different doses radiation.It provides useful reference for the breeding of the new cultivated variety and cultivated measures.\;
