摘要
目的了解医院泌尿生殖道疾病中解脲脲支原体(Uu)和人支原体(Mh)的感染状况及对不同抗菌药物敏感性,为临床合理使用抗菌药物提供依据。方法应用珠海迪尔生物工程有限公司生产的支原体分离培养药敏试剂盒,对2011年1-12月在医院就诊的3574例泌尿生殖道感染患者的标本进行支原体属培养,同时进行药敏试验。结果 3574例泌尿生殖道感染患者的标本中共检出支原体属感染1779例,总阳性率49.8%,其中Uu感染1249例占70.2%,Mh感染187例占10.5%,Uu+Mh感染343例占19.3%;支原体属对交沙霉素、多西环素、米诺环素、四环素敏感率均>90.0%;Uu对环丙沙星的耐药率较高,为72.8%;Mh、Uu+Mh对克拉霉素、罗红霉素、阿奇霉素、红霉素的耐药率均>85.0%。结论支原体属感染以单纯Uu感染为主,交沙霉素、多西环素、米诺环素、四环素可作为经验性治疗的首选药物。
OBJECTIVE To investigate the incidence of Ureaplasma urealyticum (Uu) or Mycoplasma hominis (Mh) infection in the patients with urogenital tract disease and analyze the drug susceptibility so as to guide the reasonable clinical use of antibiotics. METHODS Totally 3574 cases of patients with urogenital tract infections, who were treated in the hospital from Jan to Dec 2011, were enrolled in the study, then the specimens obtained from the subjects were cultured for Mycoplasrna with the use of Mycoplasma IES test kits produced by Zhuhai Deere Biological Engineering Co, Ltd. RESULTS Of totally 3574 cases of patients with urogenital tract infections, there were 1779 (49.8%) cases of Mycoplasma infections, including 1249 (70. 2%) cases of Uu infection, 187 (10.5%) cases of Mh infection, and 343 (19.3%) Cases of Uu plus Mh infections. The drug susceptibility rates of Mycoplasma to josamycin, doxcycline, minoccyclin, and tetracycline were more than 90. 0%% the drug resistance rate of Uu to ciprofloxacin was the highest (72.8%) ; the drug resistance rates of the Mh and Uu plus Mh to clarithromycin, roxithromycin, azithromycin, and erythromycin were more than 85. 0%. CONCLUSION The Uu is the predominant species of Mycoplasma causing infections; j osamycin, doxycycline, minocycline, and tetracycline are considered as the preferred antibiotics for the empirical treatment.
