几种补充学龄前儿童维生素C的水果的光谱分析

Analysis of the Spectra of Several Fruit Vitamin C Supplementation in Preschool Children

为了补充学龄前儿童维生素C的需要，采用光谱法对几种水果中维生素C的含量进行分析。通过单因素实验和正交实验确定了最佳条件，光谱法的标准曲线为Y=0．0195X＋0．0768，相关系数r=0．9995，变异系数为0．12，回收率为99．17％－100．3％。

In order to supplement vitamin C in preschool children, the analysis uses spectrophotometry method for vitamin C content in several kinds of fruit. Experiment conditions by single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment,the standard curve spectroscopy for Y = 0. 019 5X ＋ 0. 076 8, the correlation coefficient r =0. 999 5 ,the coefficient of variation is 0.14% ,and the recovery rate is 99.17% ～ 100.3%.
