天麻素注射液治疗血管性头痛疗效观察

Curative effect observation on Gastrodin injection to treat vascular headache

目的评价天麻素注射液治疗血管性头痛的疗效。方法将74例血管性头痛患者随机分为治疗组与对照组各37例,对照组采用常规药物治疗,治疗组给予天麻素注射液。结果天麻素注射液治疗组29例有效,有效率为78.38%;对照治疗组21例有效,有效率为56.76%。结论临床实践证明,天麻素注射液静脉滴注作用快,疗效肯定,是治疗偏头痛的理想药物。

Objective To evaluate the curative effect of Gastrodin injection in the treatment of vascular headache.Methods 74 patients with vascular headache were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 37 cases in each group.The control group were given conventional treatment, while the treatment group were given Gastrodin injection combined with conventional treatment.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 78.38%（29 out of 37）, while the total effective rate of the control group was 56.76%（21 out of 37）.Conclusion Clinical practice has proved that Gastrodin injection has quick function and obvious curative effect in treatment of mi- graine, and it is an ideal drug for the treatment of migraine.
