摘要
目的探讨自我效能理论应用于高血压病人健康教育的效果,以指导临床实践。方法将92例病人随机分为观察组和对照组,各46例。观察组实施以自我效能理论为指导的健康教育,对照组实施常规健康教育。观察两组GSES评分的差别以及对健康教育内容的依从性和住院天数的变化。结果观察组的GSES评分、健康教育内容的依从性及住院天数与对照组的差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论自我效能理论对高血压病人健康教育有促进作用。
Objective To observe the effect of self-efficacy theory application to health education for hypertension sufferers so as to guide clinical practice.Methods 92 sufferers were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 46 people in each group.The observation group took health education guided by self-efficacy theory, while the control group took regular health education.GSES'score differences, compliance to health education content, and changes of hospital stay of the two groups were observed. Results The differences of GSES scores, compliance to health education content, and changes of hospital stay between the observation group and the control group were of statistical significance(P〈 0.05).Conclusion Self-efficacy theory can promote health education for hypertensive patients.
