某商务大厦建筑高度为177m,采用框架核心筒结构体系,超过规范A级最大适用高度36%。介绍了该工程设计准则、抗震性能目标,采用SATWEE和MIDAS两种程序进行多遇地震作用下的弹性动力时程分析和罕遇地震作用下静力弹塑性分析,给出了超限结构的抗震构造措施。经专家审查论证,结构体系安全可靠,具有良好的抗震性能.
A business building is a super high-rise frame-core-tube structure with the total height of 177 meters that exceeds 36% of the A-level height specified by the Chinese code.The design criteria and the performance-based seismic design are introduced.Base on the software of SATWE and MIDAS,the structural responses under frequently occurred earthquakes were analyzed.The elastic dynamic time-history analysis and the pushover analysis under rare earthquakes were carried out.According to the results,the structure is safe and reliable for its seismic performance.
