当前,我国公安刑事侦查防范模式还存在工作机制不健全、社会面防范不到位以及侦防协作机制不完善等不足,要做好公安刑事侦查防范工作,就必须创新公安刑事侦查防范模式,即在创新内容、创新方法及创新应注意的问题等方面下功夫。只有这样,才能真正提高侦查防范的效率。

At present, the prevention mode of public security criminal investigation in our country is still im- perfect in its working mechanism, social prevention and the cooperation between investigation and prevention. Therefore, in order to make it improved, we must encourage innovation in prevention mode of public security crimi- nal investigation, and much attention should be paid to what needs to be innovated, how to innovate it, and other important things during innovation. Only in this way, can we really enhance the efficiency of investigation and pre- vention.
