摘要
通过X射线荧光光谱法测定不锈钢的分析实验,找出了影响其分析精度和准确度的各种因素,并就其主要影响因素X光管的功率选择、试样的制备、类型标准化的参数设定等方面进行了分析研究。研究结果显示:应用X射线荧光光谱法测定不锈钢可完全替代化学湿法分析。
By X-ray fluorescence spectrometry analysis test of stainless steel, various factors influencing the analytical precision and accuracy were found out. This article probed into the main factors affecting X-ray tube power selection, sample preparation, parameter setting of type standardization and so on. The research results shows X-ray fluorescence spectrometry can c0mpletely replace wet chemical analysis.
