摘要
介绍了太钢混酸再生的装置及工艺,针对酸再生设备建设初期面临的问题,通过对酸再生工艺技术的分析和创新,针对性地实施改进,达到了减轻废酸对焙烧炉的腐蚀、提高HNO回收率、平衡控制3废酸排放与再生酸使用的目的。
The equipments and process of mixed acid regeneration of TISCO were introduced. As to the problems of acid regeneration equipment in the initial stage of construction, this paper put forward countermeasures aimed directly at these problems through analysis and innovation of acid regeneration technology so as to achieve the purpose of reducing the corrosion of roaster, improving the recovery of HNO3, and balancing the control of waste acid discharge and regenerated acid using.
