摘要
对比分析了地辊装置三种典型传动方式,同时基于用户要求,提出了改进方案,并对关键的配合尺寸进行了分析计算。改进后的结构通过过盈配合传递扭矩,传动中间环节较其他结构明显减少,同时也解决了地辊装置周边空间受限的问题。
Three typical driving types of cradle roller were introduced in this paper. And based on the requirements of consumer, an improved structure was proposed, and the fit dimension was chose by calculation. The improved structure is the torque is transferred by interference fit, and the links are fewer than the other structures. At the same time, it also can solve the problem of limited space around the cradle roller.
