摘要
为了应对优质教育资源短缺和新课程的挑战,我国各地纷纷成立了名师工作室.名师工作室有多元追求:成为提升教师教学能力的磨刀石,成为促进教师教研的破茧成蝶的舞台,成为推动优质教育资源辐射的中心.
Teaching studios all over the country are set up to cope with the high quality education resources shortage and challenges of the new curriculum. The multiple pursuits of teaching studios help to promote teachersr teaching ability, and the ability of doing teaching research, and have become the core of eradiating high quality education resources.
