延边州现代服务业发展现状及其对策

Problems for Yanbian in Developing Modern Service Industry and the Solution

当前,延边州在发展现代服务业方面存在的突出问题是产业发展空间受限、水平不高、人才短缺;基础设施承载力不足,发展受限;朝鲜族传统文化资源流失严重;就业贡献率偏低;相关制度不完善。延边州政府应从完善政策入手,依托自身资源与区位优势,加强基础设施建设,加大人才的引进力度,改造传统服务业,鼓励中小企业做大做强,提高产业化水平,以营造良好的现代服务业发展环境,缩小与发达地区现代服务业的差距,促使延边州现代服务业健康发展。

Modem service industry is underdeveloped in Yanbian with limited growth potential and a shortage of talents. The poor bearing capacity of local infrastructure hinders the development of the industry. The traditional culture of the Korean nationality is fading away. Employment contribution rate of the industry is low and relative systems are not complete. Based on the resources and regional strengths, Yanbian should improve relative policies, invest more in the building of infrastructure and talent pool, reform traditional service industry, help SMEs grow stronger and raise the industrialization level. As a result, an empowering development environment could be created for narrowing the gap between Yanbian and developed regions and boosting the modem service industry in Yanbian.
