摘要
目前,惠州市异地务工人员人力资源管理呈现的现状是:异地务工人员数量庞大,心理需求出现新变化,职业技能培训不足、缺乏有效的激励机制和社会保障政策等。有关部门应创新异地人力资源培训机制,重视"以人为本"的文化建设,制定人性化的"留心"政策,建立企业工会协调工资的长效机制,不断推进异地务工人员"城市融入"进程,引导异地务工人员人力资源有序流动,有效完善惠州市异地务工人员人力资源开发和管理,助推惠州经济、社会的可持续发展。
Farmer workers now in Huizhou are large in number with new psychological demands. For them, yet the training of professional skills is inadequate and there is an absence of incentive system and social security policy. The government should work on innovating the training system while focusing on building a people-oriented culture. It should seek to create favorable policies for these workers to stay and set up enterprise unions for remuneration negotiation in long terms that facilitates the progress they integrate in urban lives. That is how HR management of farmer workers in Huizhou can be improved for socioeconomic sustainability.
