农林高校经济管理专业人才培养问题研究

摘要 针对目前农林经济管理专业人才培养模式上存在的规模扩张与教学质量之间矛盾突出、涉农实践教学环节薄弱、培养方案与市场需求不匹配、就业率较低以及师资队伍建设落后等问题,农林高校应改革和完善人才培养方案,着重培养学生的实践能力,重视师资队伍建设,做好对学生就业的引导工作,为新农业经济的发展培养出具有鲜明专业特色的农业经济管理人才。 Issues with the training model of economic management major span the obvious contradictions between scale expansion and quality of teaching, weak agriculture-related practice teaching, unmatched training programs and market demand, low employment rate and few investments in training teaching staff. To settle these issues, agriculture and forestry colleges should reform and improve personnel training programs, emphasis on cultivating the students' practical ability, invest more in training teaching staff and work on employment guidance, so as to foster economic management personnel with distinctive specialty characteristics for the growth of the new agricultural e- conomy.
