浙江城镇居民家庭收入结构的灰色关联分析

Gray Correlation Analysis of Income Structure of Urban Households in Zhejiang

基于灰色关联度理论分析法对浙江省2000-2012年期间城镇居民家庭各类收入增量与总收入增量之间的关系进行的量化分析结果表明:当前浙江省城镇居民家庭收入虽然主要取决于工资收入,但产业转型升级缓慢,工资性收入增长放缓;虽然转移性收入及财产性收入呈现出逐年增长的状况,但总体上城镇居民家庭收入增长乏力。为进一步提高浙江城镇居民的收入水平,政府需扩大与改善就业,提高居民工资性收入水平;健全社会保障体系,加快转移性收入增长;加强立法工作,促进居民拥有更多财产性收入;鼓励自主创业,大力提高居民经营性收入,从多渠道进行努力,促进浙江省经济发展。

A quantitative analysis of the correlation between increment of various urban household incomes and the increment of total household income in Zhejiang from 2000 to 2012 is conducted by using the gray correlation analysis approach. The result shows that now urban household income in Zhejiang comes mainly from wage income, the growth of which is decreasing as industry transformation and upgrading is slowing down. And although transferred income and property income are going up year by year, the overall income gro^h of urban households is sluggish. The government needs to work on adding income channels to further increase the income level of urban resi- dents. It may expand and improve employment to raise the wage income and speed up the growth of transferring income by improving the social security system. It may also beef up the legislation that helps the residents gain more property income and may encourage self-em- ployment in an effort to promote business operational income.
