摘要
南京市智慧旅游的建设改变了南京市酒店业的经营环境和运营方式,给南京市酒店业的发展带来了机遇,酒店是否能够抓住这一机遇关系着酒店在市场竞争中的成败,而决定这一成败的关键是是否拥有一个适应智慧旅游发展的人力资本体系。南京市酒店业必须结合智慧旅游的内涵特征,根据酒店的实际情况及时对人力资本进行合理开发。同时,在具体的开发过程中要根据不同类型人力资本的特征进行区别对待。
Emerging smart tourism in Nanjing has changed the operational environment and approaches of the hotel industry, promising to bring about great development opportunities, which is the key to the success story of hotels. And the decisive force of the suceess is to have a human capital system suitable for the development of smart tourism. Hotels in Nanjing must understand the essence of smart tourism and develop human capital based on their own conditions. In the development process, distinctive approaches should be conducted according to characteristics of different type of human capital.
