摘要
供应链质量风险具有传递性、多样性和复杂性等特点。对供应链突发风险的应急管理主要分为核心理念层和具体操作层两个层面。核心理念层要对质量风险突发事件做出快速反应,把老百姓的利益放在第一位,主动通报事件的真相,与公众进行真诚的沟通,对质量风险高效处理,避免重大损失。具体操作层应成立应急处理小组,对供应链发生的质量风险事件进行识别,控制事件的发展,排除一切隐患,质量风险被消除之后,应进行认真系统的总结,重新塑造供应链中各企业在公众心目当中的形象。
The quality risk of supply chain features transitivity, diversity and complexity. Risk management of supply chain emergency encompasses words and actions. By words, enterprises should be committed to the interests of the people, communicating to the public about the facts of incidents responsively; by actions, enterprises should set up an emergency management team and cope with risks efficiently to eliminate underlying causes and recover losses. In the end, enterprises should review the incident to learn lessons from and try to repair corporate public image.
