基于福建省人才队伍与福建经济发展现状,以及人才资本价值规律,探讨了加速福建省创新型人才队伍建设基本对策,即:厘清创新型人才标准理念;创新党管人才运作机制;营造尊才重才浓厚氛围;推进产学研结合,打造多元化的人才培养格局;遵循人才资本价值规律,完善人才评价及其激励机制。

The professional team of Fujian province is discussed with relation to the present state of Fujian economical development.. Approaches to enhance the fostering of Fujian creative profession- als team based on talent capital value laws are advanced. The approaches include clarifying the con- ception of creative talent, updating the operation mechanism in which the talented professionals are led by the Party, establishing amiable environment for respecting and priotizing talent, promoting the cooperation of enterprises, universities and research institutions to create a plural tatent training lat- tice, bettering talent evaluation and stimulation systems in accordance with the talent capital laws.
