摘要
长期以来,学术界对林纾的3部传奇存在"无旦角"的误读。直到近几年,才有研究者提出其传奇有旦角。文章通过详细分析文本,发现林纾的三部传奇确有旦角,只是出场很少,外、丑等角色的地位大大提高。这种特点的出现有剧情的需要、戏班角色限制、作者的情感表现等多方面原因。
A misunderstanding has long existed in academia that no roles of Dan appears in the three legendary operas written by Lin Shu. Over the recent years some researchers have claimed the role of Dan literally exists in Lin's legendary operas. With a detailed analysis of Lin Shu's operas, we con- firm the role of Dan in his operas and reveal several prominent characteristics of Lin Shu's three leg- endary operas. In his operas the employing of roles was distinct from that of the traditional ones. In his operas, the role of Dan appears only in a few scenes, while the roles of Wai, Chou and others are greatly enhanced. The characteristics might be attributed to the plot, the limited roles of troupes and the author's emotional expression.
