摘要
高校后勤管理是高等教育发展的有力支撑。在大众化教育背景下,高校后勤管理工作面临着快速发展的时代机遇,也面临着服务对象骤增、服务区域规模扩大、服务需求质量提高、服务人员量与质却逐年降低等挑战和改革困境。这迫切需要高校后勤管理者通过坚持深化改革、创新师生参与的管理方式、实行现代信息技术和精细化的管理、积极营造和谐共赢的后勤管理文化氛围,以实现高校后勤管理的优化提升。
The logistics management of tertiary institutions is a strong support of higher education development. With the mass development trend of higher education in China, logistics management in the tertiary institutions has encountered both opportunities and challenges. The challenges include rapidly increasing number of people to serve, largely expanding of service scale, increasingly de- manding services, and decreasing number and quality of service personnel. To promote the logistics management in the tertiary institutions, it is vital that the logistics management staff deepen logistics management reform, update management mode to involve the faculty and the students, implement modem information technology and refined management, and create a cultural atmosphere of harmo- ny and win-win.
