急诊护士救治群体性伤害能力培训模式的构建

Construction of training mode of groups injury treatment capability of emergency nurses

[目的]构建急诊护士救治群体性伤害能力的培训模式,通过实践提高急诊护士救治群体性伤害的能力。[方法]培训模式包括培训内容、培训方式、考核方法,其中培训内容包括理论知识、急救技能、综合应急能力;培训方式有集中理论培训、阶梯化技能培训、分组角色情景模拟演练;考核内容包括理论知识、急救技能、综合应急能力。[结果]急诊护士通过规范化、系统化的培训理论知识、急救技能及综合应急能力均提高。[结论]构建急诊护士救治群体性伤害培训模式,通过实践使急诊护士提高了应对群体性伤害的能力,提高了急救护理质量。

Objective：To build training mode of groups injury treatment capability of emergency nurses,and strengthen the groups injury treatment capability of emergency nurses through practice.Methods：Training model included training content,training methods,evaluation methods,and training content included theory knowledge,first aid skills,comprehensive emergency ability; Training means included concentrated theoretical,ladder skill training,group role scene simulation exercises.Assessment content included theory knowledge,first aid skills and comprehensive emergency capability assessment.Results：Through standardized and systematic training,theory knowledge,first aid skills and comprehensive emergency ability of emergency nurses were improved.Conclusion：To build training mode and practice of groups injury treatment capability of emergency nurses enhanced the groups injury treatment capability of emergency nurses and emergency nursing quality.
