摘要
本文用差示脉冲极谱法对绒毛膜促性腺激素(HCG)进行了研究。发现在0.1mol/LNH_3·H_2O-0.1 mol/L NH_4Cl溶液中,HCG受钴的作用产生氢催化波。并讨论了氢催化波产生的机理。
A differential pulse polarographic method for the determination of human chorionic gonadotropin(HCG)at trace levels has been developed, which is based on the catalytic hydrogen wave produced by HCG at the dropping mercury electrode in the presence of cobalt(Ⅱ)salt in ammonia buffer solution at pH 9. 3. The peak height of the catalytic wave is linear to HCG concentration in the range of 4.0~40. 0 iu/ml. The mechanism of the catalytic wave has also been discussed.
