摘要
测定了酪氨酸、色氨酸、苯丙氨酸和二羟基苯丙氨酸混合体系的紫外光光谱。用目标因子分析方法成功地确定了混合体系中氨基酸的种数、种类和含量。讨论了波长范围、波长间隔对测定结果的影响,并同卡尔曼滤波法做了比较。
In this paper, the UV-spectra data of mixture solutions which consist of tyrosine, tryptophane,phenylalanine and 3, 4-dihydroxyphenylalanine were measured. Numbers identities and concentrations of amino-acids in the mixtures were determined successfully by using target factor analysis. The effects of wavelength range and sampling interval selected on the results have been discussed. The results obtained were in good agreement with those by Kalman filter method.
