摘要
苦杏仁苷是常见的氰苷类物质,也是传统中药苦杏仁中的有效成分,迄今已成为医药上常用的祛痰止咳剂。大量的研究表明苦杏仁苷除了止咳平喘之外,还具有一定抗肿瘤和调节免疫的功效。本文对苦杏仁苷的降解途径、检测、提取和纯化方法以及生物学功效等方面的研究报道进行综述,并对苦杏仁苷今后的研究方向提出展望。
Amygdalin is a cyanogenic glycoside commonly found in the traditional Chinese medicine bitter almond, and it has become the common cough expectorant agent. A large number of studies have shown that amygdalin possess many bioactivities such as anti-tumor and regulation the immune in addition to the relieving cough and asthma. The degradation pathway, detection methods, extraction and purification methods and biological effects of amygdalin were reviewed in this article, we propose the future research direction of amygdalin as well.
