摘要 在溶胶 -凝胶方法制备掺铁二氧化钛过程中 ,观察了不同的恒温水浴温度、不同的体系加水量对凝胶形成时间的影响 ,并对此提出了初步的解释 .采用 X射线衍射和 Voigt函数单峰分析方法计算了不同反应温度和不同体系含水量下得到的干凝胶粉在 50 0℃煅烧 3h后的晶粒度及 ( 10 1)晶面上的畸变与晶胞参数 .结合样品的透射电镜和电子衍射照片 ,分析了晶粒度与制备条件的关系 ,并作出了初步解释 .并观察到 ( 10 1)晶面上的畸变与晶粒度有着相反的变化趋势 . The effect of the water bathe temperature and system water content on the gelation formation speed in the process of preparing iron doping TiO 2 by sol gel method was investigated. The tentative explanation of these differences was given. The grain size, distortion and cell parameters in the (101) diffraction direction for the temperature series and water content series were computed using X ray diffraction and Voigt function analysis. In combination with the TEM images, the relationship between the preparation conditions and grain size was also elucidated. The grain size in the (101) diffraction direction is in inverse proportion to the crystal distortion.
