摘要
本文研究了用氨三乙酸作活化剂锰催化高碘酸钾氧化罗丹明B褪色的新指示反应。该法具有一定的选择性,室温时其灵敏度达2.29×10^(-11)g Mn/ml,线性范围为8~240ngMn/25ml。本法已用于矿样及草莓中锰的测定,结果令人满意。
A new indicator reaction is developed on the basis of manganese-catalyzed oxidation of rhodamine B by potassium periodate with nitrilotriacetic acid as an activator. The method has ccrtain selectivity, its sensitivity is 2. 29×10^(-11)g Mn/ml, and the linear range is 8~240ng Mn/25ml at room temperature(25℃). It has been applied to the determination of manganese in ores and strawberry with satisfactory result.
