纳米CeO_2对β-PbO_2-ZrO_2-CeO_2复合电极耐蚀性的EIS分析 被引量:3

摘要 利用电化学交流阻抗谱(EIS)测量技术和Zsimp-Win软件拟合技术研究了不锈钢基β-PbO2-ZrO2-CeO2复合惰性阳极材料在三价铬镀液中的腐蚀行为,并结合电极的表面形貌分析,考察了掺杂不同纳米CeO2颗粒浓度对复合电极在三价铬镀液中的耐腐蚀性的影响。结果表明:纳米CeO2颗粒的加入有填隙和细化镀层晶粒作用,当其浓度为16g.L-1时,复合电极有最好的耐蚀性;该复合材料在三价铬镀液中的腐蚀行为主要由化学动力学控制,但腐蚀后期受较小的扩散控制影响。 The paper aimed to study the corrosion behavior of multi-layer inert anode material β-PbO2-ZrO2-CeO2 on stainless substrate in the Tfivalent chromium bath by electrochemical impedance spectroscopy(EIS) testing technology and Zsimp-Win software fitting technique, and analysize surface topography combined with scanning electron microscopy (SEM), the two methods investigated the corrosion resistance impact of the muhi-layer electrode doped with nanoparticles CeO2 of different concentration. The result shows nanoparticles CeO2ean fill interstice and fine the crystal of the plating layer,corrosion resistance of the multi-layer electrode is better when CeO2 is 16g. L-1 ;the corrosion behavior of the multi-layer electrode is mainly controlled by chemical kinetics in the trivalent chromium bath. ,but is affected by little diffusion control during the late corrosion period
