包覆性TiO_2/Fe_3O_4光催化剂的合成及光催化性能研究 被引量:8

摘要 以Fe3O4为基体,通过溶胶-凝胶法在Fe3O4表面包覆TiO2层,得到Fe3O4/TiO2包覆性光催化剂。并对其进行了(TEM,XRD和UV-Vis)系列表征,研究表明:TiO2/Fe3O4催化剂呈现催化性高的锐钛矿相,TiO2在Fe3O4表面呈现球形包覆层,有利于对光的吸收,在金卤灯照射下降解4-硝基酚95 min,降解效率达87.4%,同时,对其光催化机理进行初步探讨。 Based on the Fe3O4partiele, the TiO2 was coated on the surface of Fe3O4 particle by the sol-gel method and the coated TiO2/Fe3O4 sample was obtained. The photoeatalyst was characterized by TEM ,XRD and UV-Vis. The results indicated that the coated TiO2 showed anatase titanium dioxide on the surface of Fe3O4. The spherical cladding TiO2 layer was formed on the surface of Fe3O4, which was benefited to the absorption of light. The photocatalytic activity of coated TiO2/Fe3O4 sample was investigated by carrying out the photodegradation of 4-nitrophenol(4-NP)in aqueous suspension under metal halogen lamp irradiation. With the increasing reaction time, the photoeatalytic efficiency of TiO2/Fe3O4 photocatalyst improved and reached about 87.4% in 95 min. At the same time, the mechanism of photodegradation was revealed.
