摘要
制备了一种以罗格列酮与碘汞酸盐形成的缔合物为电活性物的新型聚氯乙烯(PVC)膜罗格列酮选择电极,电极的线性响应范围为1.3×10^-6~1.1×10^-2mol·L^-1,级差电位为54mV/pC,检测下限为3.5×10^-7mol·L^-1。以该电极测定了罗格列酮片的含量,结果与高效液相色谱法相符。
A new polyvinyl chloride membrane-rosiglitazone ion-selective electrode based on rosiglitazoue and mercuric iodide salts association complex was prepared. The electrode showed Nernst response for rosiglitazone with a slope of 54mV/pC in the concentration range of 1.3×10^-6~1.1×10^-2mol·L^-1. The detection limit is 3.5×10^-7mol·L^-1. The electrode has been used for the determination of rosiglitazone tablets. The results are consistent with the results obtained by HPLC method.
