摘要
分别对桉木、竹子的造纸浆和溶解浆进行物化性能分析,并采用傅里叶红外光谱(FTIR)、X-射线衍射(WAXD)对其纤维素的晶体结构进行微观结构的表征。通过物化性能对比,溶解浆的α-纤维素含量高于造纸浆,高达95%以上,黏度、灰分、有机抽提物以及碱溶解度较小;由红外光谱(FTIR)结果显示溶解浆和造纸浆之间的红外结晶指数不同,主要是由于氢键结构发生变化;X-射线衍射分析结果可知,溶解浆和造纸浆的晶体结构不同,溶解浆的结晶度和晶粒尺寸较大。
With regard to eucalyptus papermaking pulp, bamboo papermaking pulp, eucalyptus dissolving pulp and bamboo dissolving pulp, the basic physic-chemical properties of the fibers were analyzed and the structure was characterized by FTIR and WAXD. Compared with papermaking pulp which has much higher viscosity, ash, organic extract and alkali solubility, the dissolving pulp contained more a-cellulose up to 95%. The results of the FITR showed that the differences FITR crystallite between papermaking pulp and dissolving pulp. The leading main reason is that different pulping processes change the fiber morphology, which influenced the hydrogenolysis among molecules. The results of WAXD showed that the crystallite and crystal size of dissolving pulps are much higher than that of papermaking pulps.
