摘要
21世纪初发生在中国的新世纪基础教育课程改革,自酝酿到全面实施己经有了10多年的历史。如何记录和评论这一场改革,始终是个问题。本文以时间为序、事件为背景,着重从课程制度、课程文化和课程发展理念的视角,对新课改进行回顾与反思。
There is no clear answer to the question of how to carry out a curriculum reform that is forward-looking and adaptable to specific national conditions,particularly in a country with over one-fifth of the world population,a rapidly developing economy,a rapidly transforming society,and a profoundly diversified cultural background.As a witness of the curriculum reform,the author provides a chronological review of events during the reform's 10-year journey,and highlights its curriculum policies,educational philosophy,as well as future curriculum developments.
