前路减压植骨融合术治疗颈椎骨折合并椎间盘突出的临床疗效

Clinical efficacy of anterior decompression and fusion in treatment of cervical fracture with disc herniation

目的探讨颈椎骨折合并椎间盘突出患者采取前路减压植骨融合术的操作方法和临床疗效。方法将安徽省六安市人民医院2007年1月—2011年12月收治的38例颈椎骨折合并椎间盘突出患者给予前路减压植骨融合术进行治疗,观察其临床治疗效果。结果本组治疗后Frankel分级较治疗前有明显的改善,术后1年优良率为92.1%。其中优16例(42.1%),良19例(50.0%),可2例(5.3%),差1例(2.6%)。术后无1例出现感染和血肿。结论前路减压植骨融合术治疗颈椎骨折合并椎间盘突出具有较好的应用效果,能有效提高患者的临床治疗优良率,改善其脊髓神经功能,并降低术后并发症的发生。

Objective To investigate the method of operation and clinical efficacy of treateal cervical spine fracture and disc herniation in patients by anterior decompression and fusion. Methods In our hospital from January 2007 to Decem- ber 2011,38 cases of cervical disc herniation were treated with anterior decompression and fusion for treatment, to ob- serve the clinical effect. Results The treatment Frankel grade than before treatment significantly improved, one year af- ter the good rate of 92. 1%. Excellent in 16 cases （42. 1% ） ,good in 19 cases （50. 0% ） ,2 cases （5.3%） ,and poor in 1 case （2. 6% ）. No case of postoperative infection and hematoma. Conclusion Anterior decompression and fusion in the treatment of cervical spine fracture and disc herniation has a good application effect, can effectively improve the clini- cal treatment of patients excellent rate, improve their neurological function, and reduce the incidence of postoperative complications.
