中西医结合治疗对术后早期炎性肠梗阻胃肠功能恢复的影响

Integration of traditional Chinese and western medicine in treatment of early postoperative inflammatory intestinal obstruction of gastrointestinal functional recovery

目的观察中西医结合治疗对术后早期炎性肠梗阻(EPISBO)患者胃肠功能恢复的影响。方法将50例EPISBO患者随机分成观察组和对照组,每组25例,对照组采取禁食、胃肠减压、控制感染等西医治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上,联合中药热敷脐部及中药保留灌肠治疗,两组疗程均为10d。比较两组患者首次肠蠕动出现时间、首次排气时间及首次自主排便时间,比较两组患者临床疗效。结果观察组首次肠蠕动时间、首次排气时间及首次自主排便时间均明显早于对照组(P<0.05);观察组痊愈率(40%)、总有效率(92.0%)明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合治疗EPISBO,可促进胃肠功能尽快恢复,疗效优于西医治疗,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the combination of Chinese and western medicinein treatment of early postoperative in- flammatory intestinal obstruction （EPISBO） in patients with gastrointestinal functional recovery. Methods Totally 50 eases EPISBO patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group, each group of 25 cases, the con- trol group take fast, gastrointestinal decompression, control of infection, such as western medicine treatment, observation group in the control group, on the basis of combined traditional Chinese medicine hot compress hilus and retention enema of Chinese medicine treatment, two groups of course of 10 days. Compared two groups of patients with intestinal peristalsis appeared for the first time time, exhaust time and free for the first time defecate time, compared two groups of patients with clinical curative effect. Results Observation group first peristalsis time, exhaust time and free for the first time def- ecate time were earlier than those the control group significantly （P 〈 0. 05） ;92. 0% of the total effective rate 92. 0%, of observation group was better than control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion The combination of Chinese and western medicine treatment EPISBO, can promote gastrointestinal function resumed as soon as possible, curative effect is superior to western medicine treatment, worthy of clinical application.
